In southern China’s double-cropping rice cultivation, the crop is most vulnerable to climatic conditions. During early-rice production, the main meteorological hazards include late spring cold snaps, flooding disasters, and high temperatures that accelerate ripening prematurely. In the second-season late-rice production, the primary meteorological hazards are typhoons, droughts, and cold-air outbreaks during the "Hanlu" period—each of which can severely impact double-cropping rice yields. In 2020, an early and prolonged “Hanlu wind” caused significant losses to rice crops in southern China; in some fields, due to late transplanting or the use of varieties with longer growth periods, farmers ended up with no harvest at all. This serves as a stark warning! After harvesting the grapes, did you apply “post-harvest fertilizer”?
